How to Use “最好(zuì hǎo)” and “还是(hái shì)”

最好 and 还是.Both of these words are adverbs and they are normally used to give suggestions translated as “you’d better…”
最好literally means “best”, so when used to give suggestions.
最好 means “the best idea or solution is…”.But 还是 means “it’s better to …” so 最好has a stronger feeling than还是.
