你好！我是汉桥的老师，欢迎大家和我们一起学习HSK3. 今天我们学习两个结构“只要......就......”和“只有……才……”.
Both of these structures are used to connect the two clauses of a conditional complex sentence.
“只要“ is normally with a necessary condition while “就”is followed by the consequent result.
There can be a lot of other conditions needed so the condition followed by “只要“ is just one of the necessary ones, not the only one.
But “只有”introduces the one and only condition and “才”followed by the result which will be reached only if the condition after followed by “只有”is met.
我们看一下例子：
1. 只要有时间，我们就去旅行。
2. 只要有钱，我们就去旅行。
只有有时间又有钱，我们才能去旅行。
Let’s see some more examples:
A. 他很喜欢吃东西，只要是好吃的，他就爱吃。
B. 她不太喜欢吃东西，只有妈妈做的，她才爱吃。
A. 他只要有时间，就会回家陪他的妻子。
B. 他只有到了周末，才能回家陪他的妻子。
A. 只要有爱，家就会很温暖。
B. 只有爱，才能改变一个人。
