Last time we learned the first type of Ba-sentence, today we will continue with the second type. Let’s call it Ba-sentence 2.
In Chinese, the structure “A 把 B + V + 在/到 + Location” is often used to indicate a certain action is done on a definite person or thing and has changed the location of the person or thing.
我们一起看一下例子：
我把手机放在包里了。After this action, the phone is put into the bag so its location has changed.
我明明把书放到书架上了，怎么不见了？
妈妈都出去了，把我一个人留在家里。
爸爸把我送到学校就去上班了。
The Ba-sentence 2 is also frequently used to request or order people to do something.
例如：
请把这幅画儿挂在墙上。
你们要把不认识的字写在笔记本子上。
We use “A 把 B + V + 给 + Sb.”to indicate an action has changed the owner or user of a definite object.
例如：
他把电脑卖给了我。
我想把这份礼物送给你。
To negate Ba-sentence 2, we should put 没before 把。
例如：
你没把手机放在我家。
他没把书还给我。
