Lily graduated from Chongqing University and excels at processes to work out students' learning problems. She provides insight into the difficulties of learning Chinese with an active and engaging teaching style. Lily describes herself as “calm and composed.” She likes drawing, listening to the radio, and music – perhaps a strong factor in her excellent listening skills in helping to correct student’s use of the five different tones in Mandarin.
